about us

Growing up in the Pacific Northwest we have always been around family farms. Whether it was helping the neighbors bring in hay or watching grandma can, we were fortunate to see how living off the land could be accomplished. Our children were diagnosed early with severe food allergies, which took our lives from modern conveniences into full time dietary and health studies. A large part of coping with allergies is related to the quality of food and finding authentic, reliable sources. This put our family on the journey of self-sustainability. My husband and I feel very blessed to be able to farm on family land and apply modern homesteading practices. We feel that honeybees are a large part of self-sufficiency and providing a natural product. We want to share what we have learned to inspire others to try beekeeping for themselves.

Our Mission
